Medina Manoris conveniently located in Thornbury within the heart of Melbournes Manor is recognised for its expertise in caring for people living with Dementia and provides an enabling environment that focuses on person centred care that is unique to each persons individual needs and preferences.
About the Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care support and recreational activities to our homes residents.
- Provide care in line with residents individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents
About You
To be successful youll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care Individualised Support or equivalent
- Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents families and team members
The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check provide proof of Flu & COVID19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
