Job Description

Hi were Oscar. Were hiring a Network Coordinator role to join our Business Operations team.

About the role

The Network Coordinator supports membership growth and management. This is done by supporting the execution of the local network strategy and ensuring providers across our service area have the information and support the need to provide the best member care and guide quality outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager Network Contracting.

This is a hybrid role in our New York office. You will work part of the time in the office and part of the time remote / workfromhome. #LIHybrid

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $$27.31$35.84 You are also eligible for employee benefits monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year and.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and cross collaborates on problem definition acute error remediation and root cause solution development
  • Develops trusting relationships with relevant internal/external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior team members to address provider inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and services
  • Document provider feedback and concerns to contribute to the improvement of processes and communication materials
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or 1 years healthcare or healthcare related field.
  • 1 years of work experience in finance performance management operations consulting or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience with Word Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Powerpoint (or Google suite equivalent).
  • 1 years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity.
