Roll Preparation Specialist
Neenah WI
Pay rate of $25.21/hour$26.50/hour.This is a Second Shift Position (3PM11PM)Work a set shift. No rotation.

Responsibilities:
- Strip and repaint paper machine roll components.
- Operate automated roll washing equipment.
- Perform roll shipping and receiving functions using overhead cranes.
- Load rolls and parts into lathes and other processing equipment.
- Operate a fork truck to move parts and materials throughout the facility.
- Package rolls and parts for shipment.
- Perform all job requirements according to procedures as outlined in the VOITH Quality Manual Company Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Reports problems to higher levels of authority as required by the Quality System.
- All other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Must possess mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- Experience with operation of cranes fork trucks or other material handling equipment is desired but not required.
- Previous experience with paper machine rolls is a plus.
- High School graduate or equivalent is required.
