Adult Day Support Worker
Health Services Senior Services Development
Status: 1 Regular Part Time Position
Hours of work: No guaranteed hours of work various shifts (8:00 am4:00 pm and 9:30 am5:30 pm) including weekends and holidays
Compensation: $29.71$31.53/hour (plus 14% in lieu of benefits)
Location and Work Mode: Onsite Sheridan Villa LTC 2460 Truscott Dr Mississauga ON L5J3Z8

This will ensure high levels of emotional wellbeing and a better quality of life for those attending our programs. Staff are to have the emotional intelligence to deliver personcentered care in an authentic way that is meaningful to the clients and their families.
What you will do in this role:
Reporting to the Adult Day and Community Services Supervisor (or designate) the Adult Day Support Worker will be responsible for the provision of personal care to clients attending the Adult Day Programs. As part of the interdisciplinary team with the overall goal of delivering quality client centred services you will promote clients dignity and self esteem by encouraging independence within a secure and stimulating environment.
