Who You Are
- A highly skilled craftsman with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision fabrication.
- 35 years of handson experience in custom car restoration hot rods or collision repair (European car expertise is a plus).
- 12 years painting experience a plus
- Expertlevel welding skills (TIG & MIG required).
- Experience in composites fiberglass work and panel fabrication is a plus.
- Thrive in a teamdriven highperformance environment where deadlines and quality go handinhand.
- Ability to problemsolve innovate and refine existing processes.
- Selfmotivated with a drive to continuously perfect your craft.
What Youll Do
- Breathe new life into iconic Porsches restoring them to showroom or trackready perfection.
- Perform custom metal fabrication structural repairs and precision panel fitting.
- Handle fiberglass work body panel replacements and highquality collision repairs.
- Operate a variety of hand power and shop tools to craft elitelevel restorations.
- Work with composite materials sheet metal and chassis fabrication to ensure vehicles meet exacting standards.
- Disassemble and reassemble vintage and highperformance Porsche models with expert precision.
- Collaborate with engineers painters and mechanics to bring projects to life.
- Maintain meticulous records of time materials and processes to ensure efficiency.
- Keep a clean safe and organized workspace because precision starts with discipline.
