About the role
As Team Manager you will be responsible for the development and growth of your team including their knowledge skillset earnings and portfolio. Working alongside other operational leaders you will manage your teams P&L and identify and deploy initiatives to improve results. This will include increasing hotel attachment monitoring SLAs and supporting all customers from a servicing perspective by being the point of escalation and initiating growth based conversations. This role is a fantastic Brightness of Future opportunity in an exciting part of the business.
