Job title: Senior Property Strategy Finance Manager
Location: Norwich York Bristol Perth London
Salary: Circa 80000 (National) Circa 90000 (London)

This role is ideal for someone with a professional finance qualification who enjoys working across geographies and business units to deliver costeffective valuedriven property strategies.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within Avivas Group Property team working on highprofile projects where you will play a key part in shaping our global property portfolio strategy. Youll be responsible for developing and delivering financially sound location strategies across the UK Ireland Canada and Aviva Investors overseas offices. From earlystage M&A involvement to supporting major organisational change youll provide financial insight and strategic recommendations that ensure our property decisions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA) highly commercial strong influencing and negotiation skills and used to C suite interaction
Experience in strategic planning (business goal setting plans to achieve success factors)
Project management mindset (organised problem solver deliverer)
Scenario modelling/Cost & Benefit Analysis to aid decisionmaking identification of benefits streams and their measurement.
Significant report writing PowerPoint and presentation skills.
