People Team at OX2

Joining the People Team att OX2 means being a part of an ambitious and diverse group of HR professionals on an exciting journey ahead. We are currently 5 specialists reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Director working together with 5 People Partners and 1 Learning Manager reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. We operate from 4 different markets ( Sweden Finland Poland and Australia) with headquarters in Stockholm. We are currently finishing implementation of the last modules our new HRIS: Success Factors. HRIS Specialist OX2 People Team

As an HRIS Specialist at OX2 you will take on the critical role of being the HR Tech Specialist in the People Team. At the core of the role is the responsibility as system owner and superuser of our new HRIS system SuccessFactors. You will be the goto person within the People Team and across the organization ensuring that our HRIS becomes an integral part of our daily work.

Your primary responsibility will be to optimize and manage the SuccessFactors system making sure it meets the evolving needs of our organization. However you are also responsible for all tech related projects and initiatives in the People organization e.g. other IT related projects and/or integrations with other systems for example Payroll or Finance. You will be the primary contact person for the IT department in the People Team. This means you will play a key role in training and supporting colleagues fostering a culture of digital HR excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as system owner and superuser of SuccessFactors providing support and expertise within the People Team.

  • Drive the adoption and optimization of the HRIS system making it a natural part of employees everyday routines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and improve system functionalities.

  • Create and maintain user guides training materials and documentation.

  • Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure effective system use.

  • Continuously analyze system performance and suggest improvements.

  • Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting and technical support

  • Go to person for all tech related projects and initiatives that involves the People Team


Skills and Qualifications

You are an experienced HR professional with a background for example as HR generalist or Payroll professional and can now combine that foundation with your knowledge and passion for tech.

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role with handson expertise in SuccessFactors.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate HR needs into system solutions.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate effectively within the People Team and the wider organization.

  • A proactive mindset always looking for ways to enhance user experience and system efficiency as well as efficency in all People related processes.

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.

  • Eligible to work in Sweden.
