Job Description

Scope of responsibility

Brazilian affiliate; Importation (from origin to destination; Monitoring performance indicators related to the import supply chain) Procurement and Customer service (from order receipt to delivery).

Job purpose

Ensure the efficient execution and continuous monitoring of importation procurement and invoicing processes guaranteeing SLA regulatory and contracts compliance.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate the import process for finished goods placebos samples and product launches ensuring alignment with Brazilian and international partners to support the preparation of all necessary documentation;
  • Ensure that import costs are aligned with negotiated values and carry out adjustments if needed;
  • Conduct quotations place purchase orders and monitor the procurement of indirect supplies as well as low and medium complexity services.
  • Responsible for executing and monitoring the entire daily invoicing process (schedules and controls) for customers orders and returns ensuring adherence to established procedures and service level goals until product delivery to customers;
  • Keep internal and external customers informed about stock issues delivery dates product arrival and expiration dates;
  • Responsible for preparing and monitoring importation KPIs.

Minimum requirements (experience & education)

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations (importation and distribution) with demonstrated knowledge of customer service level requirements (a plus). Experience in the healthcare sector will be considered a strong differentiator;
  • Experience in import processes including knowledge of Incoterms and required documentation;
  • Intermediate English; ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in meetings;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently;
  • Bachelors degree completed;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Power BI will be considered a plus.
