We are hiring a Legal Onsite Service Specialist for Ricoh USA
Please find the job details below:
Title: Legal Onsite Service Specialist
Pay Rate: $21.56/hr
Contract: 3 Months (Contract to Hire)
Location: 50 South 16th Street Philadelphia PA 19103
Shift Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Set up meetings arrange beverages and coordinate catered lunches.
- Break down meetings and maintain the cleanliness of conference rooms.
- Remove leftover documents straighten chairs and restock/maintain copy rooms and kitchenettes.
- Lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and be comfortable on your feet for extended periods.
- Support the team lead with lifting tasks due to their restrictions.
- Flexibility for OT and shift adjustments (8 AM 5 PM or 9 AM 6 PM) if needed.
