Job Description
Cold Caller (Remote U.S. Market)
Compensation: $1400 $1600 USD/month Commission Plan
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Location: 100 Remote Open for LATAM and South Africa
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Cold Caller to support our outbound sales efforts targeting businesses in the United States. The ideal candidate is comfortable making high volumes of calls handling objections and working towards clear performance metrics in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects.
- Follow structured call scripts while adapting messaging based on prospect engagement.
- Confidently handle objections and steer conversations toward qualifying leads or setting appointments.
- Accurately maintain and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve messaging effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High level of English proficiency (nearnative fluency required).
- Excellent verbal communication and objectionhandling skills.
- Understanding of U.S. business culture and sales communication norms.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or cold calling is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet daily/weekly call metrics.
