What the job involves..

Designing and implementing chatbot workflows using form mode and NLP

Building WhatsApp Business API features (buttons media messages templates)
-
Connecting client systems via API integrations
-
Troubleshooting and resolving issues across environments
-
Conducting endtoend testing before client handover
-
Translating client needs into technical specs with the Accounts team
-
Supporting the Innovations team with new platform features
-
Mentoring Accounts team members on tech aspects
-
Maintaining and enhancing existing bots
-
Contributing to internal hackathons and nextgen platform dev
-
Writing documentation and training material
What you need to be considered..
-
2 years experience in software development or a similar technical role
-
Proficiency in JavaScript (Golang a plus)
-
Experience with REST APIs Postman Swagger etc.

Strong problemsolving and debugging skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Bonus points if you..

Know chatbot platforms or conversational AI tech
-
Have experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar platforms
-
Are familiar with AWS (especially S3 and Textract)
-
Have worked with Dialogflow or NLP platforms
-
Understand or React
-
Have done technical clientfacing work
-
Know your way around reporting tools like OpenSearch or Jupyter
