Job Description

Elite Property Researcher
Type: FullTime offshore remote


About the Role
We re not hiring for potential we re hiring for proven performance.
This role is for someone who has already delivered highquality research built solid systems and driven outcomes. You ll be the front of the funnel the engine behind our property acquisition efforts identifying profiling and preparing highvalue opportunities that our sales team can pursue with confidence.

This is not a sales job and not a coldcalling role. This is a strategic dataoriented position focused on sourcing verifying and developing highleverage property insights.
In the beginning you ll be focused on fulltime research mastering the process. Over time your role will evolve to include deep owner profiling digital outreach and potentially international opportunity development.

Who We re Looking For
Experience & Track Record:
  • 2 5 years of directly relevant experience in property research real estate lead generation skip tracing or adjacent roles.
  • Proven success building highquality lead pipelines not just volume but thoughtful accurate and strategic.
  • You ve already succeeded in highaccountability research environments and know what excellence looks like.
Strategic Fit:
  • You thrive on doing the work behind the scenes You consider yourself a bit of a research or data geek and that s a good thing. We want someone who takes pride in digging deep and delivering insights others miss.
  • Youre focused on blue moon deals large highimpact opportunities not volumebased churn.
  • You re someone who can take a defined process and not only execute it but improve it test it and refine it over time.

Specialized Skills:
  • Expert researcher: public records paid databases LLC lookups skip tracing finding hardtoreach info.
  • Organized and processoriented: you create clarity in chaos and leave clean trails behind.
  • Familiar with U.S. real estate markets and ownership structures (LLCs trusts holding companies).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with warehouses campgrounds selfstorage or similar asset classes.

Vision & Growth Path
In the early stages this role is focused on:
  • Identifying properties
  • Verifying ownership
  • Preparing leads for sales followup
As you grow your work may evolve to include:
  • Deep owner profiling documenting social presence interests and strategic touchpoints.
  • Digitalfirst international outreach warming up hardtoreach contacts.
  • Supporting international market entry via data and strategic messaging.
You will never be asked to cold call but may use your research to prime outreach efforts via email or campaigns down the line.

Key Responsibilities
Property & Owner Research
  • Source and verify highquality property owner data through public/private records.
  • Navigate complex ownership structures (LLCs trusts holding companies).
  • Maintain 95 accuracy in contact and ownership data.
Database Management
  • Maintain a clean structured CRM every lead updated categorized and statused.
  • Track and report on lead progress and data confidence.
Owner Profiling
  • Research owners public and digital footprints (social media interests affiliations).
  • Identify personalized hooks or insights to support sales outreach.
Process Optimization
  • Improve and document workflows for research and lead prep.
  • Test at least 3 new tools or methods per month to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration
  • Coordinate priorities
  • Deliver readytocontact lead profiles to support active pipeline targets.
