Job Description
Location: Greendale WI 53129
Assignment Duration: Permanent
Open to Local & Travel Candidates
Position Highlights:
- Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours/week
- Pay Rate: $39.78 $42.40 per hour
- Assess patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve strength mobility and function.
- Use various techniques such as exercises stretching and manual therapy.
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with therapy regulations and standards.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license (Required).
- Experience: 1 years of experience (new grads welcome to apply).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
