Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Help patients get well and regain their physical abilities.
- Assess patient needs and develop their recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to patients.
- Address the whole patient and see them as individuals.
- Design programs that restore reinforce and enhance physical abilities.
- Adapt to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Teach patients and caregivers the skills necessary to promote independence and productivity.
Experience you will need:
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
- A Masters degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
- 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- If the Physical Therapy degree was earned outside of the U.S. it must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent of a degree in Physical Therapy.
