We are looking for a talented and experienced Service Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Service Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the endtoend experience for our customers ensuring that the solutions we design meet both customer needs and business objectives. If you have a passion for humancentered design and possess a strong background in service design this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Conduct user research to gain deep insights into customer needs behaviours and pain points.
Design endtoend experience journeys that align with both customer needs and business goals.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria to inform the product development process.
Plan and conduct user testing to validate and refine design decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems for consistency and scalability.
Enable and coach teams on the practice of service design fostering a usercentered mindset across the organization.
Strong understanding of humancentered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Experience with user research methods analysis and applying findings to inform design decisions.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in creating and iterating on service designs based on feedback and evolving needs.
