We are currently seeking an experienced fulltime nurse practitioner or physician assistant to provide telehealth weight loss services across multiple states (including California Texas Florida and New York) to help support our rapid growth and expansion. With evidencebased care industryleading support and a seamless integrated app were pioneering a new approach to weight loss that helps patients achieve longlasting sustainable weight loss. Requirements
- Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with at least 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience.
- Strong preference for providers with adult prior primary care experience
- Ideally with at least 6 months of experience in supporting individuals with weight management including use of injectable weight loss medications i.e. Ozempic Wegovy Mounjaro etc. Experience with compounded weight loss medications not required.
- MUST be licensed in California (otherwise will not be considered). Additional licensure in Texas Florida and New York preferred. We will provide you with a collaborating physician.
- Preference (but not required) for a Spanishspeaking provider to allow us to expand care for the Spanishspeaking patient population
- Motivated selfstarter with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their weight loss goals.
- Comfortable with technology including EHRs telemedicine software and order entry software.
- Exceptional communication skills bedside manners and compassionate care sensitive to the nuances of caring for people with overweight.
- Available to work full time
- Ability to work from home with quiet space and high speed internet available
- Must pass background check and be eligible for enrollment into Medicare
Responsibilities:
- Perform 1224 telehealth encounters daily for new and established patients seeking to lose weight.
- Respond to patient chat messages with inquiries and questions about their weight loss journey
- Collaborate with our registered dietitian on patient care through weekly interdisciplinary rounds
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all aspects of communication and data handling.
- Demonstrate genuine care for individuals seeking weight loss solutions fostering trust and rapport.
- Be an advocate for patient and their best clinical outcomes

Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification. Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and weight loss strategies. Experience in supporting clients with weight loss Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technologically savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms. Motivated, compassionate, and dedicated to improving health outcomes. Preference: Flexibility to transition to full-time as the company grows. Preference: Experience working with senior patient population Preference: Experience serving clients who are on GLP-1 medications
