Join Our Growing Sales Team at Staff Domain as a Sales Development Representative
We re looking for a confident motivated gogetter to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If youre someone who enjoys talking to people spotting opportunities and setting the stage for exciting sales conversations this could be the perfect role for you.

- Follow up on inbound leads and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Research and reach out to potential clients by phone email LinkedIn or other creative ways
- Create prospect lists and target the right people in the right companies
- Make cold calls sound warm and engaging
- Set up qualified meetings for our business development team
- Nurture leads by providing useful information until they re ready for the next step
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to keep messaging aligned
- Keep track of your outreach and activity in our CRM
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B sales lead generation or a similar role
- Experience with offshoring or managed service providers is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections
- A curious mindset and interest in how businesses operate
- Selfmotivated organized and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- A team player who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
- A Bachelor s degree is preferred but not required
- Location: Officebased in Ortigas Pasig City
- Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) or 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment type: Fulltime
- All interviews and onboarding are done virtually.
