Job Description

Join Our Growing Sales Team at Staff Domain as a Sales Development Representative

We re looking for a confident motivated gogetter to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If youre someone who enjoys talking to people spotting opportunities and setting the stage for exciting sales conversations this could be the perfect role for you.

What You ll Be Doing
  • Follow up on inbound leads and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks
  • Research and reach out to potential clients by phone email LinkedIn or other creative ways
  • Create prospect lists and target the right people in the right companies
  • Make cold calls sound warm and engaging
  • Set up qualified meetings for our business development team
  • Nurture leads by providing useful information until they re ready for the next step
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to keep messaging aligned
  • Keep track of your outreach and activity in our CRM


Requirements

What We re Looking For

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B sales lead generation or a similar role
  • Experience with offshoring or managed service providers is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections
  • A curious mindset and interest in how businesses operate
  • Selfmotivated organized and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
  • A Bachelor s degree is preferred but not required


The Details
  • Location: Officebased in Ortigas Pasig City
  • Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) or 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment type: Fulltime
  • All interviews and onboarding are done virtually.
