This is a remote position.
We re hiring a Marketing Automation Associate to support the setup execution and optimization of our automated marketing workflows. You ll help build lead nurture paths manage behavioral triggers and support integrations between our CRM email platforms and AIpowered tools.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves systems thinking data hygiene and building scalable marketing machines not just writing campaigns.
You ll work on the backend of AIenhanced content and campaign workflows
Learn handson from RevOps and marketing system specialists
Own real projects involving HubSpot Zapier Clay and ActiveCampaign
Play a visible role in driving lead conversion and campaign efficiency
Build a career path into RevOps MarTech or lifecycle marketing
Assist in building marketing automations (e.g. lead scoring list segmentation email flows) in HubSpot ActiveCampaign or similar
Monitor workflow performance and identify issues with triggers or logic paths
Support syncs between CRM lead enrichment tools (e.g. Clay ZoomInfo) and outreach platforms
Document automation processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
QA live workflows before launch testing fields actions and conditions
Coordinate with content and campaign teams to ensure automation timing and logic aligns
Help manage form capture routing logic and MQL qualification triggers
First 30 Days
Get onboarded into marketing automation platform (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign)
Assist in launching one nurture or drip sequence
Learn and document 3 key automation workflows currently in use
By Day 60
QA and maintain live workflows across at least 2 campaign types
Support lead scoring and lifecycle setup in CRM
Help reduce automation errors or delays by 50% through process improvements
By Day 90
Independently manage new workflow creation and logic testing
Identify one new automation opportunity (e.g. lead routing engagement scoring)
Deliver a performance summary on workflow effectiveness (CTR completion errors)
100% automation QA pass rate prior to launch
<5% automation failure rate (broken logic wrong segment missed trigger)
Weekly automation status review: 100% completion
90% documentation compliance for all workflows
1 3 years experience in digital marketing RevOps or marketing automation support
Handson experience with platforms like HubSpot ActiveCampaign Zapier or
Comfortable working in automation builders: logic trees triggers conditionals
Familiar with CRM field structures segmentation and campaign tagging
Bonus: Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT Jasper Clay etc.) for personalization or workflow optimization
