Job Description: Academic Coordinator (Preprimary/Primary)
Location: Maharajganj Uttar Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 23 years in a similar role
Qualification: Postgraduate in Education or relevant field
Salary: 30000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Curriculum Management: Design implement and oversee the curriculum for Preprimary/Primary sections ensuring alignment with educational standards and goals.
Teacher Support: Provide guidance training and mentorship to teaching staff promoting effective teaching methodologies and student engagement strategies.
Student Assessment: Develop assessment frameworks monitor academic performance and implement interventions to support student learning and development.
Parent Communication: Facilitate effective communication with parents providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
Administrative Oversight: Coordinate school activities manage schedules and ensure compliance with educational regulations and organizational policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with school leadership faculty and support staff to foster a positive learning environment and achieve academic excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in English or a related field. . is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 23 years of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply.
- Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken & written) classroom management and student engagement.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of grammar literature and writing techniques. Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools.
