Job Description
We re Hiring Institutional Partnership Executive
Location: Hyderabad Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Institutional Tieup (Primary Focus)
Proactively engage with universities and training centers through cold calling and followups.
Negotiate agreements and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Local Agency Tieup (Shared Responsibility)
Coordinate with select local agencies to source CVs.
Maintain relationships and ensure CV delivery meets hiring targets.
Requirements
- Excellent phone communication and followup skills
- Experience in relationship management sales or recruitment
- Strong negotiation skills and persistence to drive successful tieups
