We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Please note that this is a remote position; however the employee must be based in Spain and will be required to attend occasional training sessions at our Valencia office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle endtoend ManageEngine solution presales engagements through facetoface and online meetings.
Provide technical Response to RFI/RFP & conduct reseller/partner training.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
Engage with existing ManageEngine customer to make sure they are happy customers and identify any upsell/cross sell opportunities if any.
Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts.
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions including IAM PAM IT Security and IT service management.
Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Willingness to travel within/and EU to meet customers partners and prospects.
Extensive travelling requirement to meet clients across Spain (full reimbursement of business travel costs).
Presales/Technical Account Management/ IT Team leader experience is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and Portuguese (Native) is mandatory for this role.
