We are seeking a high potential SBL Product Support Desk specialist to provide direct support to Financial Advisors Service Processionals and Private Bankers through comprehensive knowledge of all SBL products and services.
Qualifications (REQUIRED):
Minimum 2 years of banking/finance industry experience
BA or BS degree
Qualifications (PREFERRED):
Customer support and operations background
Skills / Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extraordinary client service aptitude.
Problem solving. Demonstrate creativity and thoughtful solutions in framing private banking transactions.
Selfstarter with the ability to work under pressure meet deadlines multitask and manage expectations.
Detail orientation with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Tableau/Access/SharePoint skills a plus.
