Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Service Agent to join our team in New Orleans LA. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients responsible for providing accurate information resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
