Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide critical support on LEANPDdriven new product development projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in existing manufacturing technologies and methods.
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve process control and tolerance management.
- Serve as a key liaison between product development and manufacturing engineering.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Develop qualify and document tooling and manufacturing processes in TE systems (SAP TLM).
- Create prototypes sample tooling and production samples.
- Partner with supply chain teams to verify supplier capability and compliance.
- Lead initiatives to improve quality reduce cost and shorten cycle times.
- Ensure adherence to internal specs regulatory standards and customer requirements.
