Job Description
We are seeking a parttime Training Consultant with handson experience in launching card programs within an issuer environment. This role will support the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program for internal staff ensuring a smooth rollout of a new card program. This is a contractbased engagement requiring approximately 220 hours over a sixmonth period.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the program manager to develop training materials including but not limited to playbooks PowerPoint presentations Word documents and optional short training videos.
Design and facilitate a formal training workshop (48 hours) for approximately 10 team members to educate them on the process of launching a card program.
Provide ongoing support and respond to team questions during the card launch process.
Qualifications :
Duration:
Parttime contract role for up to six months
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating training programs and materials related to card launches within an issuer environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver both live and selfservice training resources.
Familiarity with creating instructional content in various formats (e.g. PowerPoint Word video).
Selfdirected and organized with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a parttime capacity.
