Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Lagos for a Site (Property) Acquisition Director. The Site Acquisition Director will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties for business expansion conducting due diligence managing investment and financial analyses and ensuring all acquisitions align with company objectives. The role also involves negotiating property deals liaising with stakeholders and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in acquisitions nationwide
- Experience in site acquisition for buildings across Nigeria
- Experience in conducting Due Diligence
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and property laws
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bachelors degree in real estate Finance Business Administration or related field
- Relevant certifications or professional memberships are a plus
