Youll be instrumental in ensuring partnership success by understanding the technical and business environments of our customers and driving growth to achieve significant business outcomes. In your daytoday you will:
Own relationships with Wixs largest strategic accounts collaborating across internal teams to ensure partnership success
Understand the technical and business environments of our customers to drive growth and achieve business outcomes
Master platform capabilities integrations and data structures to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals
Conduct QBRs ABRs and business reviews to assess progress identify opportunities and demonstrate Wixs impact
Partner with product teams to create customized onboarding workshops and training
Identify growth opportunities manage renewals and respond to complex customer inquiries with effective solutions
Qualifications :
7 years of experience in account management or customer success roles including 3 years managing large strategic accounts (SaaS preferred)
Expertise in user journey marketing GTM strategies integrations and data analysis
Skilled in identifying customer objectives and pain points with proven ability to drive customer satisfaction adoption growth and retention
Exceptional communication and presentation skills including executivelevel interactions
Fluent in Japanese with businesslevel English
Adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment

We are Wixs Sales and Account Management Guild and we empower new users agencies and enterprises to solve their digital needs through Wix products and solutions. We aim to increase sales by fostering enterprise partnerships and generating highintent traffic to Wix outside the traditional traffic acquisition funnel. As a vast group including Sales Sales Support Revenue Operations Sales Development Business Development and Customer Success we play an essential role in building brand partnerships and moving Wix forward.
