Job Description
What youll be doing
Youll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a seamless hightouch recruitment processes. Youll:
- Partner with the TA team on administration coordination and recruitment project support
- Manage key process elements including job posting interview coordination background checks contract generation onboarding and reporting
- Become a goto expert on TA systems and processes
- Support international mobility requirements when required particularly for seniorlevel recruitment
- Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike
This is a permanent parttime job share opportunity working 3 days per week.
Hybrid working is on offer with our team typically spending 2 days a week onsite with the client and working remotely for the rest.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
Were looking for someone whos organised proactive and confident in a fastmoving environment. To succeed in this role youll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a TA Coordinator role bonus points if youve worked in Financial Services Insurance Banking supporting a busy recruitment team
- The ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative solutionsfocused mindset
- Experience with PageUp is a plus and strong Excel skills are essential
