Job Description
Heartland REMC is looking to hire an Accounting Manager your duties would include but are not limited to:
- Manage oversee and complete all financial and accounting records and reports in accordance with generally acceptable accounting procedures and Financial Accounting Standards Board and Rural Utility Service standards.
- Measures results completes trendand comparative analysis. Oversees corporate cash management. Makes financial recommendations when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and other corporate longrange plan.
- Preparing and monitoring the cooperatives financial forecast. Preparing and submitting information for costofservice studies and rate cases.
- Oversees corporate cash management. Makes financial recommendations when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in accounting
- 35 years of professional accounting experience
