Key responsibilities
- Learning & Development:
- Design and execute training and development programs to address skill gaps and foster professional growth.
- Continuous skillbuilding assessment & program designing.
- Develop leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Assess training needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Employee Development:
- Create and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify leadership potential and implement succession planning strategies.
- Coordinate mentoring coaching and continuous learning initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Design implement and manage performance management systems.
- Provide tools and resources to support managers and employees in achieving performance goals.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reward and Recognition Programs:
- Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to motivate employees and enhance performance.
- Benchmark industry trends to ensure competitive compensation benefits and incentive systems.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to evaluate and update recognition initiatives to ensure they align with business values and employee expectations.
- Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote DEI initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
- Partner with leadership to ensure DEI principles are integrated into talent strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key talent metrics such as turnover engagement and workforce demographics.
- Use datadriven insights to recommend and implement talent management improvements.
Qualifications :
General Requirements and Attributes:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
- 47 years of experience in talent management learning and development or a similar HR role.:
- Strong knowledge of talent development and employee engagement practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Soft Skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with performance management systems and tools

Location:
- This role is based in Abuja Nigeria with travels across Husk Mingrid Sites
