Role Purpose: The Executive Liaison Officer serves as a strategic advisor and righthand to the Head of Marketing.
Accountabilities:
- Strategic Advisement: Provide counsel to the Head of Marketing on a wide range of issues including organizational strategy business operations and executive decisionmaking.
- Leadership Support: Act as a proxy for the Head of Marketing when necessary representing the executive office in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee and drive strategic projects from inception to completionensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensure clear and effective communication between the executive office and other parts of the organization as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
- Meeting and Agenda Management: Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decisionmaking. Plan and coordinate executivelevel meetings and ensure follow up on actionable items.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the executive office including managing staff and resources to ensure optimal performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives providing analysis and recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Significant experience in a business management role with a proven track record of effective leadership and strategic planning.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality capable of handling sensitive information and situations with integrity.
- Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in the use of modern office software project management tools and communication
technologies.
Additional Information :
Salary for this role is $137900 to $256100 per year.
