You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own and drive marketing initiatives from idea to execution. You will work closely with the Marketing and Inbound Sales Manager to design and automate marketing processes improve performance and shape our messaging. We are looking for someone energetic eager to learn and passionate about communications. Youll play a critical role in building a stronger more effective customercentric marketing engine and G2M strategy. In that sense youll be responsible for:
Support Strategy Development
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends customer preferences and competitive landscapes
Use insights to inform marketing strategies content and automation opportunities
Marketing Funnel Management
Develop and run lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team aligned with sales priorities
Analyze and improve marketing performance metrics and support the optimization of performance
Campaign Management:
Manage PPC email social media and PR campaigns endtoend from creative development to performance tracking
Identify and implement opportunities for marketing and CRM automations
Content Creation:
Create compelling content across digital platforms: website blog email social media and printed materials
Ensure consistency and coherence in messaging and visual identity
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing product and customer support teams to ensure unified messaging across all customer touchpoints
Support the sales team by creating sales enablement materials to improve conversion and sales effectiveness
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies: briefing timelines and delivery
Customer Engagement:
Develop and execute communication plans for existing customers
Help enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted communication
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field
23 years of experience in marketing preferably in similar role with a track record of running digital lead generation campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics CRM systems email marketing tools) experience with marketing automations is preferred
Proactive and resultsoriented with the ability to take ownership of projects
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment
Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and staying up to date with industry trends
Datadriven mindset with the ability to track performance interpret metrics and optimise based on what works
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
