Job Description
We are on the lookout for a (Senior) VAT Specialist to join the Tax Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

- Help Delivery Hero grow by ensuring compliance and driving projects nationally and internationally.
- Provide VAT guidance on domestic and crossborder transactions collaborating with internal stakeholders in Finance Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Take ownership of German VAT returns including EC Sales Lists and Intrastat declarations while coordinating with advisors for smooth submission of international VAT returns.
- Handle the management of tax audits and litigation and ensure successful outcomes and risk mitigation.
- Drive the implementation of our Tax CMS improving processes and enhancing compliance.
- Thrive in a dynamic collaborative environment where solving complex tax challenges supports global growth and innovation.
Qualifications :
- You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree ideally in Tax Law or Business with a specialization on VAT.
- You bring at least 2 years of VAT experience ideally within Germany.
- You communicate fluently in English and German.
- You are proactive pragmatic and enjoy breaking down complex processes to make them more efficient.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a strong advantage.
