Job Description

We are looking for a driven professional eager to continue learning and advance their professional career by working with Business Generation manager and Operations Team on the business development efforts for Andean Region businesses.

Our prefer candidate demonstrates to be goaloriented proactive focused have good communication and keen to work in a fastpaced environment. 

Key activities:

  • Market research.
  • Document management and updates to branded materials (case studies brochures presentations for events).
  • Nontechnical bid support. Review bids and maintain brand standards.
  • Track suppliers portals to map leads
  • Support branding inductions to new staff.
  • Support internal communications and events preparation.
  • Assist on sales data processing to issue reports to board.
  • Ensure client care process is fulfill by delivery teams

Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Administration Design or related fields.
  • Between 1 2 years professional experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in supporting business development processes (strategies/events/presentations) as well as bidding processes through supplier portals (SAP ARIBA/COUPA) 
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and relating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization supporting the flow of information through meetings and/or written communications
  • Advance experience in the following software packages: Microsoft Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint Power BI is a plus).
  • Fluent in English.
  • It is of value knowledge in Construction Projects work in consultancy companies.
  • It is of value adobe suite knowledge
