Job Description
As part of a highprofile project we are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our passionate team.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Ensure site work compliance with contractual documents;
- Review shop drawings;
- Manage correspondence related to construction work;
- Provide recommendations for the issuance of provisional and final acceptance notices.
Qualifications :
What youll need
- Diploma of Collegial Studies or Bachelors degree in architecture;
- Approximately 10 years of experience in site supervision;
- Experience with institutional projects and interior fitouts;
- Proficiency in REVIT to navigate models independently;
- Knowledge of BIM software (an asset);
- Rigor and professionalism;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisionmaking;
- Team spirit autonomy and proactivity;
- Curiosity and creativity in problemsolving;
- Willingness to be onsite five days per week;
- Fluency in French with proficiency in English (an asset);
- Ability to manage workload within tight deadlines.
