As a Waterpark Cashier you will:
- Handle and balance daily receipts including cash checks credit cards and vouchers following all accounting and procedural standards.
- Maintain full cash drawer/bank accountability and perform POS responsibilities per company guidelines.
- Greet guests promptly provide excellent service and apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales.
- Accurately record services rendered and maintain department records.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and urgently.
- Follow all opening running and closing procedures including guest walkout protocols.
- Adhere to departmental standards for cash/check handling safety security and participation in company performance programs.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and serviceoriented manner.
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid drivers license to drive company equipment.
