- Monitor market trends consumer behaviors and competitive activities
- Leverages relevant consumer/customer trends and insights to build a plan and deliver against business objectives
- Leads the development and implementation of annual brand plan with clear outlines of goals objectives tactics metrics of the brand under the guidance of the Head of Marketing. The brand strategy should align with the overall organizations vision mission values and support overall business strategy and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate performance and effectiveness of the brand strategy and plan and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and report marketing campaign performance with clear assessment on KPIs and ROIs
- Translates brand elements into plans and gotomarket strategies ensuring consistency across the different deployment touchpoints
- Manages local product adaptation in compliance with global/ regional guidelines
- Manages external communication activities (including social media) and maintains relationship with local media all in line with the global communication and media strategy guidelines.
- Manages brand advertising and promotion budget and ensures ontarget budget delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Proven working experience as Assistant Brand Manager with 23 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies with ability to execute the plans into actions.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with strategic reasoning skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Strong leadership collaborative & communication skills.
- Solid business acumen with experience of brand P&L responsibilities.
- Proven budget management skills.
