- Manage and organize the delivery to be made to customers/client in right quantity and specification
- Being thoroughly informed with orders stock availability lead a handson and timely efficient delivery along with smooth customer service
- To verify daily fuel costing and transactions and to further ensure the proper documentations pertaining to it
- To update the KPIs on daily basis
- To handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues
- To acquire customer feedback on periodical basis.
- To coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses KPIs fixed costing third party vehicle expenses etc.
- Manage overall Stock Management (Stock Ordering Stock Correction Stock Delivery to Warehouse from Store)
- Plan and manage warehouse transportation and customer services for ambient & nonambient warehouse.
- Liaison with internal audit & QA department to conduct audit.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and
- with relevant stakeholders including but not limited to TSM.
- Ensure daily stock corrections are processed with complete documentations and entry in system therefore as per communicated SOPs.
- Ensure receiving of stocks is done as per communicated SOPs and guidelines.
- Conduct daily verification of receiving with GR Summary.
- Ensure BBD implementation as per shared guidelines.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Intermediate with 68 years of experience
