Job Description
- As part of the People Analytics team you will work with your manager to Influence business decisions by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis which will reveal insights and trends about business performance.
- Utilize strong database and BI visualization skills to work with large complex data sets to extract insights.
- Works with customers to develop and analyse data support needs. Communicate findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations to the business for improving business performance.
- Ensure that data and analysis is presented in a format that is appropriate for a varied audience using data visualization dashboards or other methods
- Developing functional & technical specifications for Business Analytics and BI projects.
- Participates in the work stream planning process including the inception technical design development testing and delivery of data solutions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 812 years of experience in Business Intelligence systems Data Warehousing and Data Analytics solution Implementation.
- Handson experience in developing Power BI visualization with the utilization of DAX for data manipulation
- Understanding of data warehousing data modelling concepts and building new DW tables SQL queries (Databricks knowledge preferred)
- Experience in scripting Python/R and Workday HR knowledge would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to
effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. - Bachelors degree in business Analytics Engineering or a related field
