As the Chef Manager at Caterlink you will be responsible for overseeing culinary operations and ensuring highquality food service. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious highquality meals that meet dietary requirements and customer expectations
- Maintain kitchen operations in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Engage with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Manage kitchen staff inventory budgets and operational plans effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client providing regular updates and innovative menu suggestions
- Report to line management on key performance indicators and financial targets
- Develop and implement training programmes to enhance the skills and performance of kitchen staff
