Your Role:
As an eBike Inside Technical Support Specialist you will be the goto expert for our bike dealers and end consumers combining your love for cycling with your technical prowess. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional technical and serviceminded hotline support to bike dealers ensuring they feel confident and supported.
- Engaging with end consumers to address technical inquiries general product support and spare parts needs all while sharing your enthusiasm for eBikes.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical or softwarerelated issues with a positive attitude and a knack for problemsolving.
- Making informed warranty decisions in line with company guidelines.
- Documenting calls and cases in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool ensuring a seamless support experience.
- Building and nurturing excellent customer relationships making every interaction memorable.

Qualifications :
- A handson attitude and eagerness to learn; no previous experience required!
- Techsavvy with a passion for all things related to eBikes and technology.
- A people person who enjoys helping others and can effectively communicate with clients remotely.
- Adventurous spirit who can balance a love for the outdoors with the responsibilities of an office job.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Based in Barcelona and possess a valid NIE number.
- Available to work fulltime.
- Starting date for this vacancy is JUNE 2025.
