Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent youll be the welcoming face and lasting impression for our guests. From the moment they arrive to the time they depart your friendly and professional approach will help set the tone for a memorable stay. Youll be at the heart of the guest experienceresponding to requests with efficiency collaborating with other departments and going the extra mile to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver smooth efficient checkin and checkout experiences with a guestfirst attitude
- Champion Accors loyalty program by promoting membership and meeting signup targets
- Support revenue goals by identifying and actioning upsell and crosssell opportunities
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and assist with basic portering as needed
- Create meaningful moments through attentive personalized service
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customerfacing hospitality role
- Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
- A strong guestfocused mindset with great attention to detail
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
