Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park are looking for enthusiastic friendly customer service extraordinaires with a strong knowledge of the World of Melbourne to join our Concierge team as a Porter / Concierge.
About the Role!
Reporting to the Chief Concierge your responsibilities as a Porter / Concierge include:
- Being the first point of contact and greeting our guests with a warm welcome every time.
- Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs responding to requests promptly efficiently and courteously.
- Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne.
- Be the face of our hotel showing pride with each interaction.
- Welcome our guests and make them feel special.
- Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
- Valet parking of cars.
- General Porter duties as required.
Qualifications :
About You!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
- A valid drivers license.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
