Your role at Baxter

This position is responsible for moving product through the distribution center safely and accurately while following all safety and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by presenting and interacting in a manner that is conducive to the purpose and mission of the company overall.

What youll be doing

Process Orders

• Verify and apply stickers for Inbound and Outbound Processes.
• Process hazardous materials in accordance with International Civil Aviation Regulations.
• Able to use a Radio Frequency Terminal / Scan gun to process product throughout warehouse.
• Required to use assigned individual security passwords
• Assure compliance to all procedures related to Regulatory Environmental Health and Safety Requirements (Including spills damages and returns).
• Carry out the necessary steps to handle damaged product in accordance with established protocols.
• Must use correct pallets and packaging (as required by customer or country) to ship product.
• Participate in projects/teams to continuously improve the operation and key result areas (i.e. safety quality service and cost).
• Apply Warehouse Computer Applications (WMS RF Equipment)
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Documentation

• Complete Pick/Pack documents for Freezer products and packing lists as required.
• Document Inventory Discrepancies.
• Complete training assignments on time.

What youll bring

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Counting addition subtraction multiplication & division with the assistance of a calculator. Ability to Add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read a limited number of twoand three syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary scheduled or unscheduled.
• Ability to understand temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Preferred

• Good Manufacturing Practices
• Warehouse Management Systems Experience

• This position requires that employees performing this job follow all Health and Safety procedures.

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees and we strive to be more open with our pay practices. To that end this position has a salary pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The pay rate is based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills/experience time in the role business line and geographic/office location.
