Unified Communications Support Analyst

What does a successful Unified Communications Support Analyst do at Fiserv

A Unified Communications Specialist is an integral member of the End User Computing Technology Services team. This role is essential in managing a sophisticated unified communications and voice environment. A successful candidate ensures operational stability supports users effectively and collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams. By adhering to standardized procedures they contribute significantly to our robust support framework.

What you will do:

  • Support and maintain conferencing and web meeting capabilities within Microsoft Teams.
  • Operate and support large events such as town halls and other significant meetings.
  • Manage and upkeep technologies like Microsoft Teams Meetings and Live Events Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms digital signage displays and both new and legacy conference room technologies.
  • Monitor incidents and requests ensuring timely and responsive maintenance.
  • Assist in developing usage protocols for Microsoft Teams.
  • Perform and refine daily weekly and monthly operational support tasks for supported technologies.
  • Participate in maintenance activities including those outside regular business hours as needed.
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal and external support teams.

What you will need to have:

  • 4 years of experience in unified communications and Microsoft Teams.
  • 4 years of experience in technical roles within large IT organizations.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and supporting large conferences and web meetings using Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelors degree in an ITrelated field or equivalent military experience.
  • Current Fiserv systems experience.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience with digital signage displays and a variety of conference room technologies.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork with a strong desire to make a global impact.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to maintaining operational stability.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado California District of Columbia Hawaii Illinois Maryland New York Nevada Rhode Island or Washington.
