Job Description

Maybury is looking for a highly organized and detailoriented team player with strong customer service skills to join our team in East Longmeadow as a Parts Associate. This is an inoffice position where you will help to support our technicians and customers by processing orders and returns for parts cores and warranties.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Receiving and processing parts order and quote requests from a variety of sources including online orders internal requests and external customer requests.
  • Effectively manage the return process for core parts and parts warranties with Crown and other vendors.
  • Coordinates and schedules delivery of parts to customer sites by team members
  • Responds to customer inquiries and questions including handling inperson visits from customers vendors and other parties for parts ordering and pickups.
  • Assists other team members when needed to ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner and that all information is current and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 12 months of related experience. Parts knowledge and/or experience working with parts is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required as well as strong organizational and followthrough skills.
  • Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
