WHO YOU ARE:
Senior Software Engineers play a key role in the design development/configuration unit testing installation and ongoing maintenance of Zinnias software platforms. Zinnia Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnia internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help Zinnia and Zinnia clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Software Engineers interact directly with project leaders business stakeholders and may periodically interact directly with Zinnia clients.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Work as part of a global crossfunctional team to develop innovative software for Zinnia stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects by creating welldesigned customized testable efficient code for company platforms.
- Assist our teams in providing ongoing support troubleshooting improvements or custom enhancements to existing company platforms.
- Collaborate with our global teams internal stakeholders and customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert for junior team members.
- Lead in defining the requirements for custom built software projects.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- 8 years of software development experience.
- Undergraduate degree in technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to develop software in C C# DotNet Core etc.
- Experience developing with Web technology Angular 13 React Typescript HTML CSS Bootstrap RxJS Operators Javascript
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies (Kanban Scrum etc).
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
- Experience developing and deploying in a cloudnative environment
- Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning CI/CD Pipelines and application monitoring).
- Highly effective communication interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a crossfunctional global team.

The expected salary range for this position is $140000 to $160000 dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individuals skills education experience training and geographic location and may be above or below the stated amounts.
