Compensation: $70000 $75000/yr
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Affirmative Action & Compliance (60%)
- Prepare and file all required federal and state affirmative action reports including but not limited to:
- EEO1 Component 1
- Pay Data Reporting (where applicable such as CA SB 973)
- VETS4212 (formerly VETS100)
- Develop and maintain the companys Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) in collaboration with VP of HR or internal software tools.
- Conduct internal audits and analyses to measure the effectiveness of the AAPs and identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor employment practices and outcomes to ensure compliance with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) regulations.
- Provide data support and documentation during OFCCP audits and respond to compliancerelated inquiries.
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of compliance activities and records.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to integrate affirmative action goals into recruitment strategies.
- Train managers and HR personnel on EEO and affirmative action requirements as needed.
HR Metrics and Analytics (25%)
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports related to key HR metrics including but not limited to:
- Timetofill timetohire costperhire
- Turnover rates
- Diversity metrics across applicant and employee populations
- Compile monthly quarterly and annual HR reports for senior leadership review.
- Partner with various stakeholders to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and collaborate with HRIS/IT teams to streamline data collection and reporting.
Recruitment Analytics & Support (15%):
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to track and analyze applicant flow data ensuring compliance with AAP objectives and EEO requirements.
- Support diversity outreach strategies and maintain documentation of outreach efforts.
- Analyze and report on recruitment source effectiveness and diversity hiring outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or a related field is required.
- Advanced coursework or certification in compliance HR analytics or equal employment opportunity preferred (e.g. Certified Affirmative Action Professional).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affirmative action EEO compliance or HR data analytics.
- Experience working with AAP software or consultants and preparing federal compliance reports.
- Prior experience in a federal contractor environment is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills required (Querries data modeling charts Index etc.).
- Proficient with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (UKG).
- Familiarity with AAP development tools (e.g. OutSolve PeopleFluent Biddle Berkshire).
- Indepth knowledge of EEO OFCCP and federal/state labor regulations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to present data clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
