At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.

In marketing and sales operations at PwC you will be responsible for enabling the smooth functioning of a companys marketing and sales processes and maximising efficiency. You will analyse relevant data develop and implement strategies and provide support to the marketing and/or sales teams. You will also collaborate with other teams to streamline operations optimise marketing and sales tools and technology and improve overall performance.

Activities to be performed:

Candidate will function as the Solutioning Champion responsible for maintaining AC Territory Workflow. Overall responsibility will include mobilization of nonUS engagements and running restricted party checks (as devised by OFRO team).

  • Handling nonUS engagements and responsible for activating and mobilizing engagements.
  • Responsible for running the restricted party checks for onboarding engagements
  • Accountable for 4 quadrant checks as devised by OFRO
  • Running the endtoend process for activation and mobilization of NonUS engagements
  • Responsible for laying the process and creating a standard operating procedure for the same
  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
  • Coach others recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document automation processes and provide training to endusers as needed.
  • Updating risk assessments documents and contracts (IFA Inter Firm Agreements) SOWs etc
  • Coordinate with multiple Acceleration Centers (Bangalore Shanghai etc)
  • Actively build relationships with the Partners Directors etc to educate & increase the comfort level in using ACs
  • Organize Manage and support Partners / Client visits
  • Present the AC Overview capabilities and how to engage the ACs
  • Coordinate with various stake holders US / Member Firm Engagement leaders / partners ACs Competency leaders / SMEs Quality Assurance Teams etc.
  • Prepare and Manage trackers dashboards & other SOP Documents.
